Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and payment method, and are shown separately in your order summary.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also check your order status on the Track Your Order page or in My Account.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable pin codes. For Tamil Nadu addresses a ₹49 COD handling charge is added; for other states the ₹79 delivery charge applies with no additional COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge re-shipping costs.
