Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver to most pin codes across India. Delivery is free within Tamil Nadu for prepaid orders, and a flat ₹79 delivery charge applies to all other states.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing email, or log in to My Account.
Payments & Offers
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. In Tamil Nadu a ₹49 COD handling charge is added; in other states the ₹79 delivery charge applies with no extra COD fee.
How does the 5% offer work?
When your cart subtotal reaches ₹1499 or more, a 5% discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. No code is needed.
Is it safe to pay online?
Online payments, when available, are processed by a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

What material is your jewellery made of?
Each product page lists the finish and materials for that piece. If you need more detail, contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after use and store each piece separately in an airtight pouch.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Read the full Refund & Return Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or to your bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.
